This project is situated in the beautiful Glen Iris of Victoria and was successfully completed in the spring of 2021. When dusk falls, the building shines brightly, transforming into a captivating sight along the street.

The design of Aintree Park incorporates advanced technology and sustainability concepts. Specifically, innovative materials like photovoltaic glass were adopted in the project, which has provided a clean power source for the public areas.

Hume is proud to have supplied advanced building materials for this innovative construction project, namely solar glass. The translucent amorphous silicon building-integrated photovoltaic (BiPV) panels supplied 2.3 kilowatts of power for it.

This solution that combines energy efficiency with elegant design has emerged as a model in modern architectural design. It reflects Hume's steadfast commitment and remarkable ability in promoting sustainable building practices.
