Hebel PowerPanel is a 75mm thick Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) panel which comes in two styles for different applications. Both panels are designed to deliver fast and National Construction Code (NCC) compliant construction for apartments and high-rise buildings.
PowerPanel Tongue and Groove is an AAC internal wall panel for apartments and commercial buildings that makes acoustic and fire compliance easy. It is highly effective for corridors walls, intertenancy walls, shaft walls, and service wall systems.
PowerPanel Square Edge is a high-performance non-combustible cladding for high rise building facades and narrow balcony blade walls.
Backed by CSR, non-combustible, compliant systems that are easy to inspect and approve.
Made with single mesh or caged steel reinforcment with an anti-corrosion coating.
Hebel panels thermal properties help keep your building cool in summer and warm in winter.
Made from readily available raw materials, available in custom sizes, reducing build time and waste on site.
The strong AAC panels are reinforced with a single steel mesh or multi-layer mesh steel cage. They are lighter than bricks, and up to 75% lighter than precast concrete. They are available in common wall heights up to 4200m. To save time, reduce waste, and reduce cost they can be made-to-length or made-to-order up to 4800m.
PowerPanel Tongue & Groove can be installed vertically or horizontally. For corridor walls and intertenancy walls the panels are installed vertically. For service and shaft walls the panels are installed horizontally, which can be done to a height of 30 metres.
Hebel PowerPanels have Fire Resistance Level (FRL) ratings of -/90/90 minutes for walls up to 3.3 metres with single mesh panels. Or an FRL of -/120/120 minutes for walls up to 4.65 metres with PowerPanel caged.
